    Add virtual provides to centos-release-openstack-2023.1 in antelope release rpm

    OpenStack uses a double name for each release, an official date based
    one and a "friendly" name. We currently are only using friendly one but
    some of the identifiers are using the date based one, so providing both
    make much easier to automate certain tasks and identify the releases.
